Background: 4-8 years in management consulting, finance, or a similar strategic role in a high-growth CPG business. Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
Track Record of Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, solve business problems, work cross-functionally to execute on ambitious goals, or have accomplished extraordinarily rare feats.
Leadership: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to lead by influence. You'll need to be someone who can make decisions and drive initiatives forward.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to distill complex information into actionable insights. Be good at Excel, writing memos, and ahead of the curve on AI curves.
High EQ: A strong team player who can thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You know how to motivate others and build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
