As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Utilize effective communication skills to provide product information and answer customer inquiries.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by regularly checking inventory levels and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Operate cash registers accurately, processing transactions efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and provide support during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales of 1-2 years.
- Phone etiquette to ensure the customers are well informed but also feel welcomed to come to our location is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encourage to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
- Product demonstration to customers who are curious about our products and what they do for them is encourage.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key attributes for success in this role.
