Create Vape & Smoke Bellmead is hiring! We are looking for Experienced Sales Staff members in a Vape & Smoke Shop. We are a vape/smoke shop catering to wide range of customers from beginners to experienced vape/smoke enthusiasts.
Job responsibility:
- Greeting and engaging customers while educating them on products and features
- Close sales on products, e-juices and accessories
- Maintain organized displays, stocked with inventory
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Basic computer/POS skills
- Stocking and merchandising product
- Handle & safeguard cash/inventory
- Retail experience strongly preferred
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction
Job requirements:
- Previous employment at a vapor shop (preferred but not necessary will train the right person)
- High school graduate
- Must be 21 or older.
- Minimum of 1 year experience vaping, product knowledge & smoke shop knowledge is preferred.
- Experienced sales person with excellent communication skills while demonstrating professionalism
- Part-time and Full-time must be able to work days, nights and weekends.
- Employees will have varying shifts that can include day, evening, weekend, and hours. This job will likely require you to be on your feet for much of the day as you work and interact with customers in the store. Applicant must be able to maintain composure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We need people who have the ability to adapt to new company systems and procedures while staying up to date with a constantly evolving product and market.
