We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of installation tasks across various projects, ensuring that building materials, fixtures, and systems are installed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately follow construction plans and specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively install commercial furniture.
- Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with team members on site to coordinate activities, build up and site cleanup
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction installation work
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and following detailed construction plans
- Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding (ladder use), and measuring devices like tape measures
- Ability to work safely on construction sites while adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols
- Excellent customer service skills for interacting professionally with clients during remodels or installations
