What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Intern position at Create Music Group?
Flighthouse is the leading digital entertainment brand for the next generation. A multi-platform media brand, Flighthouse is a top channel on TikTok with over 27 Million followers. Interactive, compelling and fully immersive, the Flighthouse brand strives to amplify and define culture through its original content, music curation and more. Guests have included Marshmello, Trippie Redd, YUNGBLUD, Charli and Dixie D’amelio, Addison Rae, Conan Gray, and more.
We are looking for an intern to support our social media team with a number of tasks, ranging from engaging with our audience across all of our platforms, to creating original content for Instagram. This position will be remote and will report to the senior social media manager.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge about TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and all other social media platforms.
Is familiar with popular TikTok creators.
Knows how to edit TikToks in-app. (Graphics, Text, Sounds, Effects, etc.)
Basic photoshop knowledge. (Note: Photoshop account not required/to be provided).
A creative mind who can help come up with ideas relating to our social media platforms.
Is comfortable with spending a majority of their day on their phone. Patient with tedious tasks (i.e liking TikTok or instagrams comments for long periods of time.)
What we need help with:
Helping our social media pages grow.
Engagement across all platforms ie; someone who can comment and like videos, pictures, posts.
Helping with uploads
Basic photo editing
Sharing creative and data driven ideas on how we can improve certain platforms
Doing analytic research and reporting on it
Take on special projects and assignments where necessary
