REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of relevant work experience in data, royalties or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps

THE OPPORTUNITY:
This role is responsible for ensuring the timely uploading of royalty statements from digital music providers including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and more. You will verify the accuracy of statements, advances, splits and other activities in databases such as Label Engine, our proprietary digital distribution platform. This role requires razor-sharp attention to detail and organization. You will also be fulfilling information requests by clients, management, and other departments. This is a full-time position located in our Hollywood office.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Sorting and processing incoming statements to import into internal company systems
- Verifying and validating the accuracy of statements, client splits and payouts, reports, data, and other documents
- Recording and retrieving information within company databases
- Maintaining data files and information retrieval systems
- Answering document requests and preparing reports
- Liaising with internal departments and external clients/vendors as needed
