What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate, Creative - Influencer Marketing position at Create Music Group?

Our marketing division, Flighthouse Media, works with top influencers, artists, labels and brands to create unique marketing campaigns. With the experience of growing our brand to be the largest on TikTok, the Flighthouse team understands the ins and outs of the platform. We simply know what works and, more importantly, what doesn’t. Previous music campaigns have included Cardi B, Russ, Doja Cat, Surfaces, SAUNt JHN, Marshmello, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 years of experience in a creative or strategy role within an agency, music label or media company
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
- Product fluency in TikTok
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- - Stay on top of the latest pop culture / TikTok trends
- - Develop influencer marketing campaign creative concepts
- - Assist in strategizing, executing and evaluating influencer marketing campaigns
- - Create campaign proposals
- - Participate in team brainstorms
- - Generate new ideas to ensure campaign success
- - Support and liaise effectively with other members of the influencer marketing team
You are required to bring your own laptop for this position.
