- Sourcing raw ingredients
- Recommend formulation or process changes where needed
- Accompany customers during onsite visits
- Keep up on and communicate industry updates
- Utilize industry knowledge and Genesis program to assist with labeling requirements and regulations
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Services to prioritize projects
General Requirements for this position include:
- Proven customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- General industry knowledge of product formulations
- Knowledge of basic nutritional labeling requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field, Food Preparation or Culinary certification, or extensive experience in product formulations and food safety
