Duties

- Assist customers with product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling procedures with integrity
- Support inventory management through stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and organizing backroom supplies
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and meet sales goals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and store policies at all times
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership opportunities
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions, inventory counts, and sales calculations
