What You’ll Do
- Lead CI strategy aligned with plant and corporate goals
- Drive cross-functional projects using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC)
- Implement Lean tools (5S, standard work, Kaizen, root cause analysis)
- Coach teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Track performance, ROI, and sustain results
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 7 years in manufacturing; 3 years in CI leadership
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Additional Info
- Travel between Fairfield & Ukiah required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Hands-on role with shop floor involvement
