Salon Experience Coordinator- CREA Hair Studio

CREA Hair Studio is looking for a full time Salon Experience Coordinator to be the first impression of our space. This role is perfect for someone who values elevated service, attention to detail, and creating a seamless, welcoming environment for every guest.

Experience preferred but not required.

Hours:

-Average 23-33 hours per week

-Must be able to work Saturdays & Evenings!!!

Guaranteed hours: Tuesday 11:30-8:30, Thursday 11:30-7:30, Every other Saturday 8:30-3:30, then rotate Wednesdays and Fridays based on time of year, availability and scheduling.

-Schedules are made a month in advance.

Job details include:

-Curate a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure

-Manage scheduling with intention and efficiency

-Support a polished, elevated salon environment

-Anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful touches

-Process payments and responsibility for cash drawer

-Keeping inventory and updating all products

-Willingness to help with social media and marketing during down time

-Attending to clients' needs with beverages and snacks

-Maintaining a clean environment in salon

-Willingness to work with others and help with all aspects of our salon

-Flexibility with schedule - able to work mornings, nights, and every other weekend

Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour
