Sr Product and Account Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Travel: Domestic and International (Asia)

We are seeking an experienced product development professional ready to expand into account management. This role serves as the primary U.S. liaison between customers and our global product development and manufacturing teams.

You will lead product development initiatives, define product specifications, conduct market research, and support strategic customer relationships. Our Asia-based team manages order execution, allowing you to focus on product development, customer engagement, and business growth.

• Develop and grow relationships with key U.S. customers
• Lead new product development from concept through production readiness
• Conduct market research and develop product specifications, costing targets, and design briefs
• Collaborate with US design team and product development and sales support teams in Asia
• Present product concepts and manufacturing capabilities to customers
• Identify opportunities to expand business and product categories
• Travel to Asia and customer locations as needed

• 10 years of product development experience with a U.S. brand, retailer, or consumer products company
• Experience in stationery, office supplies, gift, craft, party, or related categories preferred
• Strong understanding of product development, materials, and overseas manufacturing
• Experience working with Asia-based factories strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Interest in developing customer management and sales leadership skills
