Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Real Estate Analyst, based in the New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvaina, Washington, D.C,. Baltimore, or Virgina areas with the flexibility for some remote work. The analyst will perform financial analysis, including creating financial models and conducting underwriting for commercial real estate investments and transactions. Responsibilities also include conducting due diligence, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making processes with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to analyze market trends and assess investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and generate actionable insights
- Experience in Financial Modeling and Underwriting
- Multifamily experience is a plus
- Proficient in conducting comprehensive Due Diligence
- Background in Finance or Real Estate investment analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software such as Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data findings clearly
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Understanding of commercial real estate markets and trends
