- Coordinate and schedule restoration jobs to ensure timely completion prior to anticipated delivery dates
- Manage daily job priorities and keep team members on task
- Communicate with customers regarding their claims and job status
- Order and maintain necessary supplies and materials
- Oversee workflow to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Adapt quickly and pivot as priorities change in a fast-moving environment
