Our ideal candidate will support our companies' financial operations by performing both administrative and financial tasks, such as processing invoices, assisting with payroll reports, maintaining financial and employee records, and assisting with budgeting and reporting across all 3 Best Companies. Key responsibilities include data entry, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and generating financial reports, forecasts and plans.

Job duties include:

  • Financial processing: Processing invoices, expense reports, and payroll, and handling accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Recording revenue daily
  • Monthly preparation and presentation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements
  • Collaborate with accountant for end of month, end of year preparation
  • Reviewing accounts receivable and making collection calls daily.
  • Manage account payable - enter invoices, pay invoice, main contact for vendors
  • Record keeping: Maintaining accurate digital and physical archives of financial documents.
  • Answering phones and making necessary contacts to keep billings and files current.
  • Assisting with all client communications.
  • Communicating openly and honestly with all members of the team in support of a positive team spirit
  • Performing weekly reconciliation of A/R and client files.
  • Financial processing: Processing invoices, expense reports, and payroll, and handling accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Ensuring daily bank deposits are made.
  • Balance credit cards and banks weekly
  • Administrative support: Managing a document flow, creating basic financial documents (like invoices), and coordinating with external parties like outsourced accounting or regulatory bodies.
  • Office tasks: Ensuring the efficiency of daily office processes and performing other administrative duties as needed.
  • Working in accordance with process and procedures.
  • Managing employee files.
  • Performing any additional tasks assigned by the Director of Operations
