Customer Experience Coordinator

CRDN is seeking an ideal candidate to support both internal and external customers through their journey with our restoration services.
Daily Duties
- Own the end-to-end coordination and communications for all customer jobs.
- Collaborate with direct teammates and “extended teammates” to provide a seamless customer experience.
- This role requires consistent and complete documentation of work and communications so that the status of a job is clear to whomever needs to access a status update/job file.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
- Must be willing to engage in live conversation to solve problems.
- Interact with customers and carriers regarding jobs, their status and provide timely updates with professionalism and empathy.
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently as needed, and possess a mix of customer service, problem-solving, and maintain a positive and coachable attitude.
- Must have attention to detail with an ability to multitask.

This role is $50,000 annualized with a standard benefits package.
This position is not eligible for remote work and requires daily in person attendance at our York, PA office.
