CRDN of Southeast Texas & Southwest Louisiana is looking for an experienced Contents Restoration Pack-Out Crew Chief to join our team based out of Beaumont, TX.

Responsibilities
- Lead contents pack-out and inventory operations at residential and commercial loss sites.
- Properly pack, label, document, and transport customer belongings.
- Perform contents cleaning and restoration using industry best practices.
- Ensure quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Work closely with office staff and project managers to complete jobs efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience with contents pack-out and contents cleaning is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move furniture and boxes as needed.
- Reliable personal transportation required.
- Gas reimbursement is provided when using your personal vehicle for work.
- Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently and lead a crew.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime when needed.
- Willingness to travel up to 1–2 hours from Beaumont for job assignments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Gas reimbursement for work-related travel using your personal vehicle.
