When disaster strikes, CRDN works with homeowners, restoration contractors and insurance professionals to help put the pieces back in place. CRDN cleans and restores clothing and electronics impacted by fire, smoke or water.

The Restoration Field Technician is a dynamic position involving many aspects of the operation. Working with other team members, insurance adjusters and mitigation contractors to ensure a positive outcome for the homeowner, you will participate in the pack-out, processing and delivery of their impacted items.

No experience necessary. We will train the right individual. However, experience with laundry, dry cleaning and/or electronics is a plus.

Great job opportunity for those who appreciate working in a small company where quality and professionalism is a must. Each day is different and each job assignment is different. Mostly regular hours (M-F) in a low-stress environment. Local and regional travel during working hours. no overnights.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Driver's license with a good driving record
• Positive "do anything" attitude
• Willingness to learn new skills and procedures (coachable)
• Can manage required documentation including work authorizations, inventories, and photos
• Can coordinate and supervise the pack-out of imapcted items according to procedures
• Can manage and properly maintain equipment and supplies

Typical start time: 8:30 AM

Typical end time: 4:30 PM
