Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our business footprint, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Your enthusiasm for business development, combined with your expertise in territory management and B2B sales, will empower you to identify new opportunities, deliver compelling product demos, and close deals that foster long-term partnerships. While outside sales experience is great, it is not necessary. Customer service, inside sales, retail sales or someone eager to learn could be the right fit.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Conduct proactive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base
- Manage existing accounts with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and territory insights to inform management strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is a aplus
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with outstanding service orientation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to think independently and be able to juggle multiple activities each day.
- Clean driving record and background check is required.
