Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule and cost estimates.
- Manage accounts effectively by developing tailored solutions, ensuring customer needs are met with precision and professionalism.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations or urgent client requests, acting as the first responder to facilitate swift resolution and support.
- Maintain organized records of activities, client interactions, and incident reports using Xact Analysis and RestorNet.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic action plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering long-term relationships.
Experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver and explain complex technical information clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to handle responsibilities independently while coordinating with team members.
- Proficiency in analysis skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word for documentation, Xactimate, and organizational tools for managing multiple accounts.
- Experience in contents restoration is advantageous; however, a passion for learning about the restoration space is essential.
- Ability to work in fast-paced settings requiring excellent organizational skills and the capacity to respond quickly as a first responder.
