Scheduling Coordinator — Legal Services (Client-Facing)

You’ll partner with attorneys and paralegals as well as our court reporters and videographer - by phone and email - to deliver buttoned-up, on-time outcomes from our client services team. If you love details, thrive on urgency, and communicate with poise, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
- Own communication: Manage requests and updates in a fast-paced environment with speed, clarity, and care from intake to resolution.
- Coordinate logistics: Exacting coordination between clients and court reporters to provide white-glove service.
- Talent Management: Work with our court reporters and videographers to assign the right resources for depositions and related legal procedures.
- Keep systems clean: Enter and update data in the scheduling software and related tools.
- Close the loop: Send confirmations to clients and resources; verify services match what was requested.
- Raise the bar: Proactive communication is a must, spot and fix errors, and help colleagues deliver flawless work.
- Team up: Collaborate across departments to keep matters moving without friction.

- Fast & accurate typist: 55 WPM with strong accuracy.

- Three or more years of experience in a professional work environment.
