Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Closing Laundry Associate to join our team for the 5 PM – 1 AM shift. In this role, you’ll ensure our store is clean, safe, and customer-ready throughout the evening. You’ll assist customers, manage laundry services, and maintain equipment standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers and assist with wash/dry/fold services
- Operate POS system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of machines, floors, restrooms, and folding areas
- Ensure a safe, welcoming store environment
- Solve minor issues and escalate when needed
- Promote and upsell laundry services or products
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift (up to 35 lbs) during your shift
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
