What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Identity and Access Management position at CRC Group?
Oversee and take charge of growing and maturing a practice that is focused equally on enablement as well as assurance, who will apply a technology first approach to providing seamless secure authentication and the platform necessary to enable humans and machines to operate securely at scale. CRC's evolving technology environment requires an individual who is well versed in both traditional systems as well as modern applications and cloud infrastructure, and who is comfortable operating in an advisory or hands on leadership role as the situation demands.
Accountable for development, credentialing, operations, maintenance, and security of Identity Access Management functions and for all identity, credential, and access management systems and services for which CRC is responsible. You will be a forward and creative thinker who can adapt to a changing environment, while working closely with CRC teammates, as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and implement and IAM program with policies and procedures, with support from a managed
security service provider team.
2. Oversee the administration of directory services, including Active Directory, LDAP, and other directory
technologies, ensuring accurate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and permissions management.
3. Manage vendor teams and drive discussions with various project teams, developers, and operations
teams to ensure compliance with security guidelines and standards.
4. Monitor overall compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
5. Drive the implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, including user
lifecycle management, role-based access control, and entitlements management.
6. Investigate complex incidents and recommend corrective actions.
7. Implement training programs and KPI's for your team.
8. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that the IAM program meets the needs of the business
and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
9. Lead effort for the adoption and management of Privilege Access Management, and other security
authentication services.
10. Develop, build, and maintain technology, integrations, and automation which enable continuous
authentication and authorization.
11. Collaborate with stakeholders across various technical functions to develop and maintain the
roadmap for enterprise IAM solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Ten (10 ) years of cyber security leadership experience with a focus on IAM
2. Experience in cloud-first infrastructure (Azure)
3. Previous leadership experience in medium sized to large teams
4. Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, design, and operations
5. Strong ability to communicate via written and verbal communication in both formal and casual
situations
6. Ability to effectively communicate technical information and translate it between vendors, IT
management, and internal teams
7. Experience managing teams and vendors, driving SLAs
