Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough internet research to verify employment history, education credentials, and references.
- Compile detailed reports on findings while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Utilize multiple communication platforms, including phone, email, and chat, to complete verifications.
- Maintain consistent production levels, achieving or exceeding the expected verification completion rates
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; higher education is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow predefined procedures consistently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, and work independently.
- Ability to meet or exceed daily/weekly completion targets and demonstrate a results-driven work ethic.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Excel, Microsoft Teams, and other communication tools.
- Experience in customer service, research, or phone-based work is preferred.
- FCRA certification is a plus.
