CRBR Property Damage Services is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects. This position is responsible for managing jobsite operations, coordinating subcontractors, supervising crews, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise field crews and subcontractors.
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and project timelines.
- Communicate regularly with customers and provide project updates.
- Prepare change orders, cost estimates, and project documentation.
- Work closely with Project Managers, building departments, engineers, architects, and insurance representatives.
- Train, coach, and develop employees under your supervision.
- Ensure accurate job costing and documentation.
- Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain organized, efficient, and productive job sites.
- Participate in the on-call rotation as required.
Qualifications
- 5 years of construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CSLB HIS License preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
