Must have skills:
- Demonstrated hands-on Identity & Access Management expertise within large-scale enterprise settings
- Background in facilitating access reviews, regulatory compliance efforts, and audit support for clients
- Proficiency with SailPoint, particularly around certification campaigns and automated audit workflows
- At least 3 years working in identity governance, access administration, or security operations roles
- Keen eye for detail with the ability to detect access irregularities, policy violations, and permission gaps
- Skilled at analyzing extensive user entitlement datasets to uncover risks or inconsistencies
- Drive IAM efforts tied to compliance mandates and client audit requirements for our client, a leading managed services provider
- Conduct periodic user access evaluations, entitlement verification, and remediation activities stemming from audit findings
- Examine and confirm the accuracy of user roles, permissions, and separation of duties configurations
- Contribute to onboarding new applications and workflows into the SailPoint platform while helping to automate and optimize certification and audit processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies or issues related to user access across the environment
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to uphold IAM policies, maintain thorough documentation of controls and processes, and deliver reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
