Crazy Shirts creates original, memorable artwork on quality products that bring an endless vacation into everyday life. We’re looking for a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Vail store and help create a welcoming, enjoyable shopping experience.

What you’ll do
- Welcome customers, learn about their needs, and help them find products they’ll love.
- Use Crazy Shirts sales techniques to build customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
- Keep the store looking its best through restocking, organizing, and cleaning.
- Complete opening and closing tasks, including register counts, bank deposits, and securing store funds.
- Protect store assets and follow company policies, procedures, and all safety and health expectations.
- Support other store tasks as assigned by your manager or supervisor.
What you’ll bring
- A customer-focused approach and enthusiasm for sales.
- A goal-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to the store’s success.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
- Previous retail sales experience is helpful.
- Ability to complete the company’s background screening process.
Physical requirements and work environment
- The role involves standing and walking for extended periods; bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling; and moving merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds. You’ll also read product tickets, shipment invoices, UPC.
