What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, service, and team success
- Help lead and motivate an incredible team of Sales Associates and Supervisors
- Create a high-energy culture focused on customer experience
- Coach and develop team members to reach their potential
- Support daily operations, merchandising, scheduling, and store performance
- Jump in wherever needed to keep the stores running smoothly
