Hi There!
Crazy Science Shows for Kids is looking for new characters to join our team! We specialize in science-themed birthday parties, STEAM classes, and activities for kids ages 3–16. Both part-time and full-time positions are available. Schedules are flexible and based on your availability. We especially need team members who are available on Fridays and Saturdays, but weekdays can be busy too.
What You’ll Do
We are looking for someone who is comfortable performing on stage in front of groups of 20–30 excited kids and leading fun science experiments. Don’t worry — we’ll make sure you feel fully comfortable and trained before sending you to your first event.
Ideal Candidate
- Has a car and is able to travel to Long Island, Upstate NY, Staten Island, and New Jersey
- Feels comfortable driving, parking, and handling traffic in NYC
- All travel expenses are covered by the company
- Experience working with young children is a plus, but not required — we provide training
- Brings positive energy to events and helps create a fun atmosphere for everyone
- Improv, comedy, or clown experience is a huge plus
- Able to work under pressure and make good decisions in stressful situations
