What are the responsibilities and job description for the University Recruiter position at Crazy Horse Memorial Foundation?
The University Recruiter of Crazy Horse Memorial University® serves as a critical student affairs professional joining the leadership of the University and Crazy Horse Memorial® to further develop Crazy Horse Memorial University® and to improve the recruitment, application and admissions of all programs, 7TH GEN.®, Wichozani, etc. The University Recruiter reports to and receives guidance from the Director of the University to implement recruitment initiatives of The University and associate educational institutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced university environment.
- Must have a broad understanding of the educational and support needs of Native American students.
- Must have a passion for Native American students and for advancing the development of Crazy Horse Memorial University®.
- Strong public speaking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Must be technologically proficient, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Social Media, and Zoom.
- This position is based at the Memorial with extensive travel for recruiting purposes and requires flexibility to work evening and weekends as needed for events.
