What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Crazy Good Eats?
We are an establised BBQ restaurant who recently added a whiskey bar. We are looking for a qualified bartender who can provide our customers with an outstanding guest experience. The bartender must be able to meet all the needs of our customers, compelling them to come back again. Knowledge of whiskey a plus and previous experience a must. Management experience a bonus.
Responsibilities of a Bartender:
- Taking orders and serving drinks and food to bar and restaurant customers
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mixing classic and innovative cocktails
- Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Nurturing customers to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Making menu recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
- Checking customers' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Knowledge of Whiskey and Tequilia's in stock
Bartender Job Requirements:
- Experience as a bartender
- Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
- A bartending certificate is a plus
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Professional and positive disposition
- Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organized
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
