Duties
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and organizing ingredients for various dishes
- Support cooking processes under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Help with food handling procedures to meet safety standards and prevent contamination
- Buss tables and clear dining areas efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Support banquet setups and service during large events or special functions
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and uphold high standards of hospitality
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain hygiene standards at all times
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve customers politely

SHIFTS:
- Sunday-Thursday: 10am-6pm, 6-12am
- Friday & Saturday: 10am-6pm, 6-2am
