Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the training program to learn all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
• Assist in supervising daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Support team members by providing guidance, training, and motivation to uphold company standards
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and controlling costs through effective operational practices
• Learn to manage inventory, ordering, and cash handling procedures
