$10/hr plus tips | Part-time (15–30 hours/week)
Crazy Axes is a family-owned axe throwing, food, and entertainment venue at Patriot Place. We bring high-energy fun to every guest—combining great food and drinks with the excitement of axe throwing in a safe, welcoming environment.
We’re hiring a Team Member (Tier 1) to join our crew. This is an active, guest-facing role: you’ll help guests get set up to throw, keep lanes running smoothly, deliver food and drinks, and support the team wherever you’re needed. If you’re ready to bring energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting guests with axe throwing sessions—helping set up, supporting safe play, and making sure everyone has a great time
- Delivering food and drinks to lanes quickly and accurately
- Keeping all areas clean, stocked, and presentable
- Helping set up, maintain, and reset axe throwing lanes and boards
- Answering guest questions and providing encouragement during their visit
- Jumping in wherever needed to help the team
- Other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable with hands-on, active work in a busy environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities, including working with guests as they try axe throwing
- Able to multitask and stay organized
- On your feet for most of the shift, able to lift up to 30 lbs
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is helpful but not required. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people try something new.
