Position Summary

Crawl Space Ninja is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team while driving revenue growth throughout the region. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for coaching Sales Estimators, improving sales performance, and ensuring company sales goals are achieved.

The Regional Sales Manager serves as a hands-on leader who works closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Production teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support the continued growth of the business.

This position requires a motivated leader who can develop talent, drive accountability, and foster a high-performance culture while maintaining Crawl Space Ninja’s commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

What This Position Looks Like for You

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Estimators
  • Conduct ride-alongs, field training, and performance coaching
  • Drive achievement of regional sales goals and key performance indicators
  • Monitor sales activity, conversion rates, close rates, and pipeline management
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, pricing guidelines, and company standards
  • Partner with Operations and Production teams to support project success and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with resolving escalated customer concerns related to the sales process
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and market growth
  • Maintain accurate reporting and CRM utilization across the sales team
  • Support implementation of company initiatives and best practices

What Makes an Ideal Candidate

  • Proven sales leadership experience, preferably within construction, home services, foundation repair, waterproofing, or a related industry
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and achieving sales goals
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and hold team members accountable
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using CRM and reporting systems
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region as needed
