Job Summary
Our well-established commercial and industrial service client is seeking an experienced HVAC-R Technician to join their growing field service team. This is a full-time, field-based position with dispatch from home after the initial training period. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, safety-conscious professional with a strong background in diagnostics and mechanical repair.
Job Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and service a variety of HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and control issues on HVACR equipment Complete digital service tickets and maintain accurate documentation Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers during service calls Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (weekends) and optional Saturday overtime Operate a company vehicle safely for travel to and from job sites
Qualifications: 2 years of HVACR experience in commercial or industrial environments EPA 608 Certification Valid driver’s license with a clean record (for use of company vehicle) Ability to pass background and drug screening Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service ability Capable of working independently once trained
Preferred Qualifications: Journeyman or Master-level HVAC license (pay adjusted accordingly) Hands-on experience with RTUs, chillers, walk-in coolers/freezers, boilers, and HVAC control systems Comfort using digital tools for work orders and reporting,
