Position Overview
Our client is seeking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Escrow Processor /Assistant/Coordinator to join their growing team in Independence, OH. This is a full-time position in a positive and team-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with people, handling phone calls, managing deadlines, and multitasking while maintaining a high level of accuracy as it relates to the sale and closing of a Real Estate transaction.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and processing of real estate closing documents Coordinate with Realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers to gather necessary documentation Handle phone calls professionally and communicate clearly with all parties involved Input and update data into our Title closing software system (Qualia) Assist escrow officers with file management and other administrative tasks Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies Analyze and review purchase agreements and commitments Explain procedures, provisions, and timeframes with clients & agents Provide excellent customer service with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude Qualifications: Prior experience in escrow, title, real estate, or mortgage industry preferred but not required. Training program 30-60 days Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a task-driven system and manage multiple priorities Comfortable making and receiving phone calls High attention to detail and accuracy Tech-savvy and excited to quickly learn new software and systems. QUALIA experience a plus.
