Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Colorado Springs, Colorado
Salary: $38-$40/hr.

Required Skills: Valid BCBA certification and licensure Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards Experience conducting assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Sound professional judgment and attention to detail Nice to Have Skills: Experience supervising BCaBAs and staff Knowledge of IEP and ISP processes Bilingual abilities or additional languages Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Prior experience working with children with developmental disabilities, ideally within a clinical or educational setting Other Requirements: Must adhere to professional and legal standards Ability to attend in-person meetings; this is not a remote role. 100% onsite! Willingness to participate in ongoing training and supervision Eligibility to oversee client treatment as per licensing standards,
