What You'll Do
- Manage a clinical caseload with 25 billable hours/week
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies
- Supervise RBTs, BTs, and clinical interns
- Provide caregiver training and family support
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
- Active BCBA certification
- Active Arizona LBA license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- In-person ABA clinical experience
- Experience supervising RBTs, BTs, or interns
- Assessment, treatment planning, and caregiver training experience
- $90,000–$105,000 annual salary
