They’re seeking a driven and experienced 401(k) Wholesaler to expand market share, strengthen advisor relationships, and drive new plan acquisition throughout the Tri-State Area.

They’re seeking a driven and experienced 401(k) Wholesaler to expand market share, strengthen advisor relationships, and drive new plan acquisition throughout the Tri-State Area.
What You’ll Do
- Cultivate relationships with plan sponsors, retirement advisors, record keepers, and distribution partners
- Promote bundled retirement plan services to third-party administrators (TPAs)
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline focused on new plan acquisition and rollover assets
- Present investment strategies and fiduciary support to prospects and centers of influence
- Collaborate with internal teams across operations, marketing, and compliance
- Lead in-person annual education meetings across the territory
- Provide training on plan design, fiduciary duties, and regulatory updates (e.g., SECURE 2.0)
- Use CRM to track outreach and consistently meet or exceed sales goals What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5 years in retirement plan sales — 401(k) wholesaler experience
- Must have experience selling to end user
- Series 65 (or willingness to obtain promptly)
- Deep understanding of ERISA, fiduciary compliance, and plan design
- Exceptional presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region
- $800/month health stipend

- PTO: 1 week in year one; 3 weeks after year two
- Summer Fridays (Memorial Day–Labor Day) NYSE holiday schedule
