Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in Chicago, IL. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction, and meeting their needs. Key responsibilities include generating leads, managing accounts, and handling customer inquiries to ensure exceptional service. Collaborating with team members and understanding customer requirements will also be a vital part of the day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and grow an existing book of business while identifying and developing new customer opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and material challenges
- Provide accurate pricing, order entry, and customer follow-up to support service and repeat business
- Coordinate with Production to ensure clear communication, on-time execution, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized and accurate customer and sales activity documentation using CRM tools
- Stay current on company products, capabilities, market conditions, and internal procedures to better serve customers
Compensation & Benefits
