Crawford Models located in midtown is looking for a creative intern to join the team. A great opportunity to work in the fashion industry, gaining a real understanding on how an agency operates. Intern will be working closely with the agency Director on a variety of day-to-day duties.
Graphic Designer — Duties & Responsibilities
- Edit and retouch agency digitals for models, ensuring natural, clean, industry-standard results.
- Maintain consistent visual style and quality across all digitals and promotional materials.
- Collaborate closely with the agency photographer during digitals (setup studio, download files, organize files)
- Prepare images for comp cards, website portfolios, social media, and client submissions.
- Create simple promotional graphics, layout designs, and branding materials as needed.
- Ensure all edited materials meet deadlines, especially for urgent submissions and castings.
- Communicate regularly with agents and the photography team to meet specific editing request or marketing packages.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (retouching, color correction, clean-ups, skin tone balancing).
- Basic knowledge of Lightroom or similar tools for batch editing and workflow efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced agency environment and respond quickly to deadlines.
- Strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and consistency in editing style.
- Ability to manage and organize large volumes of files.
- Good communication skills for working with photographers, agents, and talent.
- Experience or familiarity with fashion, modeling, or portrait photography (preferred).
- Ability to assist on set (lighting, simple equipment help) is a plus.
