Position Overview: We are looking for a Construction Superintendent who will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading construction teams to successful project completion. Project assignments typically range from 6-9 months in duration, and candidates must be willing to travel to project sites as needed throughout Texas and surrounding states.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and practices on the job site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high construction standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and change orders.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.

- Familiarity with construction software and technology.
- OSHA certification (preferred).
