Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Web Producer for a high profile media company. In the role, one will be trusted to update and maintain content and SEO on web pages, predominately in financial services.
One should be a passionate digital marketer who proactively identifies, recommends and implements measurable improvements across web and other channels. Communication and execution are key factors to your success in this role. One will also need to be a proactive team member identifying solutions and opportunities. The Web Producer is a jack of all trades when it comes to understanding UX, copywriting, and web best practices. This is accomplished by utilizing creative and technical skills, providing proper support and maintenance, as well as closely working with product managers, designers, developers, and other specialists as a unified team.

Responsibilities:
- Work with marketing managers, project managers, designers, web development teams and other stakeholders to update and maintain the content across multiple web properties
- Assist product managers with the product backlog, closely partner with the business and the team to ensure everyone understands the work items, interpret requests into Jira issues with definition of completion/success
- Own the workflow process for digital marketing campaigns, including; creation, QA and deployment
- Test and review completed web engineering requests in a QA environment before signing off for deployment
- Troubleshoot platform issues and solve them with the help of web developers and extended Digital Marketing team
- Provide ad hoc and regular reports to stakeholders using Google Analytics
- Test marketing campaign elements and interactions for continual improvements and optimization
- Identify opportunities for product and content enhancements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in web production
- Deep familiarity with digital marketing concepts, practices and programs with a strong understanding of email, social, and web marketing
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of web and email applications
- Experience with content management systems, specifically WordPress
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Knowledge of best practices for web UX design
- SEO, SEM, paid social, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics knowledge
- Ability to navigate Figma and Miro and export relevant files for website
- Experience working in an Agile engineering environment
- Demonstrated success in project management with an aptitude to effectively prioritize and complete multiple tasks
- Strong relationship management skills with exemplary communication and presentation skills (persuasive written, compelling oral)
- Experience with Cvent or Bizzabo
- Experience with Webflow
- Experience with Jira or Asana (or other project management tools)
- Proven success in developing, testing and deploying multiple marketing campaigns with the ability to execute quick iterations to test theories and designs, using experience, analytics and data for decision making
- Knowledge of email best practices, and email marketing campaigns, including; creation, QA and deployment
Location: Onsite 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, but open to fully remote work outside of NYC metro area.
Duration: Consulting. End of December 2025 (Potential extension.)
Rate: $65-$70/hour W-2 consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available if eligible (Our hourly ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location)
