Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Management Supervisor based in La Vergne, TN. The Project Management Supervisor will oversee project management teams, ensuring the successful planning and execution of programs. Key responsibilities include supervising team activities, coordinating project schedules, ensuring compliance with company standards, and facilitating clear communication among stakeholders. The role also involves analyzing project performance and implementing improvements for efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory and Leadership skills to manage, guide, and support teams effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to interact with team members and stakeholders
- Proficient Analytical skills to assess project performance and resolve challenges effectively
- Experience in Program Management and Project Management for planning, executing, and delivering successful projects
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining responsibility for project outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Knowledge of the electrical supply industry is essential.
