Role Description The Gear Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Irving, TX, responsible for managing electrical gear projects from order entry through final delivery. This role oversees project timelines, coordinates with internal teams, manufacturers, and customers, and ensures that all gear materials, documentation, and approvals are in place to meet project schedules. The Gear Project Manager tracks orders, manages change orders, monitors logistics, and resolves issues related to product availability, inspections, and shipping. Daily activities include reviewing project specifications, updating stakeholders on project status, maintaining accurate records in project management systems, and supporting the sales team with technical and delivery information.
