Job Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented employee to join our Fiscal Team. Must have excellent work ethic including analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Emphasis placed on Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and financial management. Experience with Peachtree Accounting preferred. Applicant must show compassion and empathy to work with other staff, persons experiencing mental illness and/or homelessness, and the community. This includes regarding all aspects of work with confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field OR 5 years minimum accounting experience.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Directly support and collaborate with the Financial Director
- Assist with processing invoices, reimbursements, and vendor payments
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist with preparing statistical and billing reports
- Receive, record, and prepare deposits
- Assist with the management of 401k and health insurance funds
- Assist with the management of payroll and corresponding reports
- Work closely with program managers to ensure accurate allocation of expenses to programs and grants, ensuring compliance
- Assist with grant-related documentation and fiscal reporting
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and reconcile accounts
- Communicate effectively with vendors and funding sources
- Order office supplies
- Assist with the maintenance of personnel files
Other duties:
- Perform other various job duties assigned by the Financial Director
- Attend trainings, workshops, pertinent meetings
- Help foster working relationships with community organizations and individuals

Pay: $20.00 - $21.65 per hour
