Job Description
- Preparing and processing Final policies for Title Insurance

- Maintaining files and records
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, run errands such as deposits, recording, etc., and keep the file room organized.
- Prepare and process title insurance documents.
- Conduct title searches and research, including reviewing property records and lien searches.
- Maintain files and records, including keeping track of deadlines and ensuring that all documents are properly filed and sent to the proper location.
- Assist customers with deeds and questions about transfer of title.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a real estate or title insurance office (not required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
