Host/Hostess - Crawfish Cafe

As the first and last face our guests see, you set the tone for their entire dining experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment and enjoy making people feel welcome, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests as they enter the restaurant
• Manage waitlist and walk-in seating
• Lead guests to their table and present menus
• Provide basic menu knowledge
• Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
• Manage takeout/pickup orders
• Answer phones and input orders in POS
• Communicate guest requests to the team and support servers during busy times
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests excited to come back

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Calm under pressure and in fast-paced environments
• Ability to multi-task
• Team player who loves hospitality
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods of time

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
