Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent, located in Opelousas, LA. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Daily tasks include selling various insurance products and services, assisting customers with policy inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless insurance brokerage processes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships and staying informed about new insurance policies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Experience in Finance and knowledge of financial products and services
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work on-site in Opelousas, LA
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and policies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Licensure in insurance or willingness to obtain relevant certification
